Academic Advising Services (including Program/Course Advising and Examination Coordination)

Changes to our Consultation Hours on Account of the Covid-19 Pandemic

Dear Students,

We would like to inform you that the Academic Advising Services at the School of Business and Economics will continue to be available to all of you. However, in order to help to prevent the Coronavirus from spreading, we will be limiting our on-site consultation hours.

We have made the following arrangements to address the situation:

As a general rule, your emails will be responded to within two days. You are welcome to mail-in any signed forms via email in PDF-format. Please ensure that you always use your RWTH email address, as this will help to speed the process up. In your mails, please briefly state your problem or question and provide your matriculation number and a telephone number under which we can contact you if we need to clarify something. Please attach all relevant documents to your email.

Consultation Hours via Telephone Until at Least June 30, 2021:

Usually, Mondays and Wednesdays 10:00-12:00 hours (for programs of study BSBWL, MSBWL, and MSWiWi)

Usually, Tuesdays and Thursdays 10:00-12:00 hours (for Bachelor's programs of study WiINgs Bau, EET, and WPT)

On request, consultation hours via Zoom will also be available. An appointment will need to be arranged with us beforehand via email.

For more detailed information, please take a look at the section "Changes due to the Covid-19 Pandemic" (left column).

Thank you all very much for your cooperation and understanding.
