It is possible to write your thesis abroad. First, you must find a professor/academic staff member at RWTH Aachen University who is prepared to supervise the thesis that you will be writing abroad. It is also often advisable to find yourself an additional supervisor at the university you will be attending abroad.

Scholarships are available if you are interested in writing your thesis abroad:

• A thesis in a European country (minimum of 2 months): ERASMUS+
• A thesis in a non-European country (minimum of 6 weeks): Promos
