Your Internship Office Team
An internship plays a vital role in preparing students for their professional business careers. Ideally, an internship will complement university studies by providing hands-on experience of real-life business processes. To ensure quality assurance and speedy recognition of students' internships, which are a mandatory component of many Examination Regulations, certain requirements and formalities need to be observed. On the web pages of the Internship Office of the School of Business and Economics you will find brief but helpful information. For more detailed and formal information, please consult the relevant Examination Regulations for your program of study/specialization .

due to the current situation, consultation hours only take place after prior appointment by email via Zoom (https://zoom.us) Mon. + Thurs. 10.30am - 12.30 pm. E-mails will continue to be answered and digitally submitted reports will be reviewed.
The submission of internship reports is exclusively digital. Please submit your complete report as one pdf by email (the pdf should also include: application for recognition, certificate, acknowledgement, any other documents). The office is not open at any time because the internship officer comes from the Heinsberg district. There are no office hours or telephone consultation hours. The mailbox for paper-based reports will not be emptied.
Please note that we can't normally give out individual appointments outside of our regular office hours. Please also note that all the relevant information for the different programs of study is provided under the heading "Information for Students". Please take a look and see if your issues are clarifed there before potentially sending us any emails containing general questions. Thank you!
