Syllabus

In addition to the foundations learned in Microeconomics I this course will be concerned with the approaches of Oligopol Theory, Dynamic Game Theory and Information Economics. Also external effects, public goods and competition policy will be part of the course.

Objectives

After a successful completion of this course students
(1) will have improved their skills in decision and game theory
(2) will have learned new fundamental microeconomic ideas and concepts
(3) will be able to apply the microeconomic instruments to analyse economic issues
