General Information on our Workshops

We regularly offer 3-hour compact workshops. These are not purely theory-based but incorporate phases of practical work. The workshops are free-of-charge and comprise small groups. With regard to the dates offered, you can EITHER register for the first date OR for the second date.

The workshop comprises a lot of practical elements that are available to anyone who finds themselves in a stressful situation of any kind.
