The School's Examination Board is responsible for organzing examinations and for the duties stipulated by the Examination Regulations. The Examination Board is composed of
- a chairperson, the chairperson's deputy, and further members elected from among the professors of the School
- one person from the group of academic staff
- two persons from the student representative body
The Examination Board ensures that the Examination Regulations are upheld and that examinations are conducted in accordance with regulatory requirements. The Board is also responsible for making rulings in the case of appeals against decisions made during the examination process. The Board makes proposals regarding the reforming of examination regulations and curricula and discloses the distribution of individual and overall grades.
The Examination Board convenes during the lecture period. The sessions are not open to the public. Any correspondence for the Examination Board should be sent via regular mail, submitted by hand during the consultation hours or placed in the blue box next to the office door (room no. 623, Templergraben 64).
