Associate Prof. Robert Böhm Involved in Research Project into Germany's Vaccination Behavior
Together with Dr. Cornelia Betsch of the University of Erfurt, the School's Associate Prof. Robert Böhm has conducted a research project into Germany's vaccination behavior. The assumption being that vaccination intentions increase if the social benefits are made known and decrease if information about individual benefits is disseminated, this assumption was investigated via an online experiment. Their findings show that if individual benefits are salient, vaccination intentions decrease and if social aspects are salient, vaccination intentions increase.
