Innovation, Strategy and Organizational Group Has Article Published in the Journal of Applied Psychology


An article entitled "The Relationship between Employees’ Perceptions of HR Systems and Organizational Performance: Examining Mediating Mechanisms and Temporal Dynamics" has been published in the Journal of Applied Psychology. The journal has an "A" ranking with the VHB and is one of the leading international journals for human resource management and organizational behavior. The article - which presents a new theoretical model for and empirical findings on the complex and dynamic interplay between employees' perceptions of an organization's HR system, employee satisfaction, and organizational performance - was co-authored by Torsten-Oliver Salge from RWTH Aachen University, Erk Piening from the ESCP Europe in Berlin, and Alina Baluch from the University of St. Andrews, UK.
